OC Animal Care promotes responsible pet ownership; health and safety of people and animals; and spay/neuter programs.

OC Community Services is made up of the Workforce & Economic Development Division. Office on Aging, and the Veterans Services Office.

OC Housing & Community Development administers the County’s affordable housing development, community development, and housing successor agency programs/activities.

 OC Parks encompasses regional, wilderness and historical facilities, as well as coastal areas throughout the County of Orange in California.

OC Public Libraries is a network of 33 community libraries in your neighborhood or as near as your computer.
